A recent newsletter sent to all publishers of the team of Google AdSense, the advertising network announced as soon as more ads feature +1 next to the Adsense ads.
Google +1 button, which was previously launched in the search for Google and the publishers of land, now also shows Adsense ads, and therefore visitors to display ads on their friends’ personal recommendation. Google +1 button is AdSense for content and AdSense for mobile phones and displays the following types of ads: images, animated GIFs, and Flash.
According to the newsletter, +1 will be an additional signal to help determining an ad’s relevance and it might also help the publisher generate the most of the revenue from the ads.
This new feature however will not be pushed to all pages/accounts which have Adsense. Publisher may wish not to show the +1 buttons on their display ads and therefore can turn this feature off.
As the results become more personal and relevant, Google believes that users are not only more likely to click, but more likely to do so. Google + and +1 touchdown to get pre-qualified users, who just received the recommendations of friends and is actively looking for content. This powerful combination can lead to more conversions and a deeper commitment from your site as a whole.
